Normal blood pressure:
The ideal blood pressure is 120/80 or less, so you have an ideal blood pressure.How to diagnose hypertension?
You have to take at least two separate readings to diagnose hypertension.Pre-hypertension when blood pressure is between 120/80 and 140/90
Hypertension when blood pressure is more that 140/90
How to avoid hypertension?
To prevent blood pressure problem, i advise you to:- Do regular exercise
- Drink good amount of water daily
- Avoid stress
- Avoid smoking
- Avoid excess caffiene
- Avoid Salts as possible
