cataflam doesnt cause sleepiness , but it may cause dizziness as a side effect

Can you take another pill after 5 hours of the last dose ?
yes you can , the recommanded dose is :
1 or 2 pills / dose  .. take dose every 4-6 hours , or just when you need it
