I'm taking pahadon joint tablets from last 2 days...

Are those medications can be a cause of your back pain (panadol joint,klacid,Ebastel,prednisolone ) ?
its unlikely that those drugs can cause  back and muscle pain , and it seems that your medical condition is severe , so even if those drugs produced any side effect , side effects wont be that severe and cant be in just for 2 days of using it 
What is the possible cause of your medical condtion ?
although we dont know much about your medical condition , but we guess that your medical condition may be caused by :
1. unhealthy life style such as wrong sleeping position
2. lack of exercise 
3. abnormal movement or action that may hurt muscle , which may happen at work or any activity 
4. autoimmune disease such as rheumatism

1. have plenty of rest , and make sure you are sleeping on heathy and comfortable bed 
2. walk for 30 mnts every day
3. use topical pain killer such as locagel 
4. have warm showers 
5. keep taking panadol for pain for at least another 3 days 
6. if you medical condition presisted , reconsult doctor ( orthopedic ) to do the needed medical examination and determine the treatment pathway 
7. medical examinations include :
- physical examination
- blood and blood chemistry test
- Ca and vitamin D levels test
- X-ray imaging test for the effected area
