What should you do in stomach ulcers?

• Do the endoscopy of the stomach and reliability of macroscopic criteria was analysed and these criteria were compared with the histological diagnosis for each gastric region (body, transitional zone, antrum).

1. Eat smaller, more-frequent meals.
2. Avoid irritating foods. spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.
3. Avoid alcohol + smooking.
4. Consider switching pain relievers. acetaminophen  may be an option for you.

• Antibiotic medications to kill H. pylori. (Amoxil , clarithromycin , flagyle)
• Medications that block acid production and promote healing. esomeprazole (Nexium)
• Medications to reduce acid production.  ranitidine (Zantac)
