Did an ultrasound and doctor wrote: Both kidneys show normal size of regular cortical outline with prominent echogenic pelvicalyceal sinuses, echogenic renal medulla an thinned our cortical thickness. Few scattered echogenic tiny calcified foci are noticed. left kidney 11,5cm x 4,3cm, with 9mm parenchymal thickness.Right kidney 11,7cm x 4,6cm with 12mm parenchymal thickness.Can you please help me understand what that means.Thank you.

but there ae some echogenic focci in the kidneys may be they are stones .
