its unlikely to got that infection especially if you dont have any symptoms , because Aspergillosis  usually effect persons who have weak immune system or taking immune suppressing drugs

- chest X-ray test
3. if your infection got confirmed , doctor will prescribe anti-fungal medication such as voriconazole
4. in case of pain and inflammtion , doctor may prescribe Oral steroids as well
