According to your description, such complain may be due to:- Throat congestion
- Smoking
- Gastroesophageal reflux
- Gastritis

Diagnosis of the cause of morning cough with blood:
You have to visit a pulmonologist for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- Chest x-ray
- Sinus x-ray...etc
Treatment of morning cough with blood:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis i advise you to:- Avoid smoking
- Drink good amounts of water daily
- Rise your head during sleep
- Avoid sleep immediatly after eating
- Avoid caffiene
- You can take omeprazole 20 mg once before sleep for 10 days.
