In 2010 I had L4 L5 disc surgery. Now I understanding on the point of surgery I have pain and surrounding muscle stress.this all because of fenofibrate.My triglyceride is 534mg/dl. Is it possible to lower it with diet and exercise. I want to avoid fenofibrate. Pls guide me.Regard.
