• in 2nd time use it from 5 th day of your cycle 
• the start of the cycle from the begining of menses .

• it is combination of two drug 
• cyperterone acetate 2 mg 
• ethinyl estradiol 35 mg 
• it is used in hirsutism with menstrual irregularity 

side effect :

• mood disturbences 
• wieght gain 
• intermenstrual bleeding
