1. conservative way :bed rest and avoid heavy moves and excersice
2. medical way: prophylactic hydroxyprogesteron injection
3. treat clotting problem as antiphospholipids syndrome
4. avoid medication that cause misscarriage if present
5. surgical way as cervical cerclage the doctor put a stich on the uterine cervix
