• conception date means the date of fertilization .
• the date when the sperm fertilize the ovum and produce zygot .
• in 28 days cycle there is two weeks lag beween the LMP and conception date .
• in 21 days cycle there is one week lag .
• in 35 days cycle there is three weeks lag .
