Our advise :

you should take levothyroxine if you have Hashimoto thyroiditis 

treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis:

• Levothyroxine 50 microgram 
• the dose is adjusred according to level of TSH 
• it must be from halt to 5 .

diagnosis of Hashimoto thyroiditis:

• TSH level 
• if it is more than 5 there hypothyroid state 
• antithyroperoxidase antibody to confirm Hashimoto thyroiditis
• thyroid ultrasound .
