this depend on your family planning calender
now medically and anatomically , your internal genitals as uterus and ovaries and cervix and vagina
all return to there normal nature by the 6th week after delivery
but since you have a previous cesarean sextion
you have to put on your mind that there is more than 80% probapility you will deliver via CS the next pregnancy

- remember you need to shift two intervals not one
- for instance if you are planning a baby every three years
- the next pregnancy should be after six years
