this complain called dysuria or painful urination
there are many causes of dysuria like '
urinary tract infection
kidney stones
kidney infections
symptoms associated with painful urination
1. fever
2. difficulty in urination
3. increase the frequency of urination
4. blood per urine
5 . nausea and vomitting '
diagnsis
1. taking a full medical history from you
2. doing clinical examination
3. doing urine analysis
4. doing CBC test
5. doing urine culture
treatment
1. drinking water 2-3 l daily
2.avoid salts
3. take cefurixime 500mg twice daily for 10 days
