you may have hypoandrogenism 

causes of hypogonadism :

• hypogondotrophic hypogonadism as testicular faliure and chronic anabolic steroid use ,
• hypergonadotrophic hypogonadism due to pitiutary gland faliure or tumur .

diagnosis of hypogonadism :

• serum testosterone and dihydrotestosterone level 
• FSH and LH level 
• scrotal ultrasound .

treatment :

• if there is primary cause ,testosterone replacement is indicated .
• treatment of the cause .
•  I think you have to visit endocrinologist as it is serious problem
