Causes of testis pain:
According to your description, such pain may be due to:- Varicocele, vein congestion
- Epidedymitis, an infection
- Skin infection
- Hydrocele, collection of fluid
- Orchitis, infection of the testis
- Hernia...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of testis pain:
You have to visit an urologist for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- Urine analysis
- Doppler
- Ultrasound
- Semen analysis...etc
Treatment of testis pain:
It depends on the cause as every cause has its specific treatment.And till the right diagnosis you can take ibuprofen to relieve pain when needed.
