According to your description, such pain may be due to:- Constipation
- Milk allergy
- Gastroenteritis
- UTI
- Upper respiratory infection...etc

You have to visit a pediatric doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- Stool analysis
- Urine analysis
- Abdominal US if needed...etc
Treatment of abdominal cramps in 3 months infant:
It depends on the cause, but in general he will improve within few days without specific treatment.Till the right diagnosis i advise you to:
- use silva nasal drops in his nose 10 minutes before feeding
- Continue using colic drops
