What is silodosin :

• it is drug that can relax smooth muscle in urinary tract mainly prostate and ureter .
• it is used in cases of BPH and  ureteric stone.

Side effects :

• ejaculation problems 
• dizziness 
• lightheadedness
• to reduce risk of lightheadedness ,get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.

Our advise :

• it is temporary problem 
• it will disappear after stopping  the drug
