Regarding your question
I think you suffer from diabetic autonomic neuropathy .

treatment of autonomic neuropathy :

• there is no cure for this problem 
• avaliable drugs can reduce symptoms .
• eat small meal (snacks) ,so your stomach can not  feel fullness .
• eat high rich fiber diet to avoid bloating .
• if there is H pylori ,you have to take triple therapy .
• if it is free you can take metoclopromide tablet once daily .

diagnosis of gastroperesis :

• it is clinical diagnosis 
• it occurs in longstanding diabetis patient 
• H pylori stool antigen can be used .

symptoms of GI autonomic neuropathy :

• epigastric pain after eating  large meals
• indigestion 
• constipation 
• diarrhea 
• constipation and diarrhea

our advise :

you have to visit gastroenterologist .
