What is the triple screen?

Doctor, what do you mean by the values are within normal?? Our gynecologist after send the result to here she replied it is high risk of neural tube defect (down syndrome) and adviced to perform 4D ultrasound at 20th week

normal level for AFP in week 15 and 20 weeks, levels usually range between 10 ng/ml to 150 ng/ml.
normal level for HCG in 17 - 24 weeks is between 4,060 - 165,400 mIU/ml i which you have a very high level 
your estriol level is low than normal which is between 4- 40 
we advice you to do inhibin A and to do ultrasound 4d for baby at 20 week
