im 38y going to be 39 soon i have one child ,hes 4y and i got pregnant normally , since then i didnt get pregnant , im looking to get pregnant but i dont know from where to start ?

- you can try IVF .
- NO one can gaurantee the success of this procedure .
- even if all circumstances are perfect ,the chance of pregnancy is still low .
- you can discuss this option with your doctor .
causes of infertility :
- hypothyroidism
- hyperprolactinemia
- uterine and tube defect
- PCOS
- hormonal disturbance
- male factor problem like varicocele .
some investigations :
- TSH level
- serum prolactin level
- pelvic ultrasound
- HSG
- FSH-LH
