Normal blood pressure:
- The ideal blood pressure is between 90/60 and 120/80.
- Less than 90/60 is called hypotension
- Between 120/80 and 140/90 is call pre-hypertension
- Above 140/90 is called hypertension.
According to your BP, you have mild hypotension, but it may be normal as there is normal variation between people.
What you have to do?
If you have symptoms such:- Headache
- Dyspnea
- General fatigue
- Vertigo
- Dizziness...etc
- CBC
- ECG
- ECHO...etc
- Drink good amount of fluid daily
- Drink coffee
- Eat salts
- Do regulat exercie
