YouMy sister is 17 years old and her vit-D level...
YouMy sister is 17 years old and her vit-D level was 14 .the doctor recommended vit-D3 5000 IU one tablet per day,and after 3 months she checked up the results it became 22.5 that was in summer in 28/9/2018 and now after 6 months15/1/2019 the level decreased again and became 17 ,and she never changed the dose and the calcium level is normal
