What investigation should you do ?

1.brain CT
2.CT angio for lower limbs vascular 
3.brain and spinal cord MRI
4.CSF analysis
5.EEG

What symtoms accompined with ?

1.if have brain ischemia or brain transient ischemia you will haze dizzines temporaly inability to move your hands and your limbs
2.if have ischemic  change for limbs there will be no pulse and coldness and loss of hair and inability to move your legs
3.if you have aortic incarcaration you will inable to move your legs inabilaty to urinate deffecate
4.if have multiple sclerosis you will have vision problems and in urinate and inability to move legs too

How we treat this ?

1.thrombolytic agents for brain  ischemic change 
2.catherization for embolic legs change and by pass surgery 
3.cortisone and interferon for multiple sclerosis
