I have pain between chest and stomach

Regarding your question

managment of chest pain :

• I think the pain in your case is due to reflux .
• as you described it as it is between the chest and stomach 
• it can be in lower chest midline or epigastric area .
• but it is important to go to ER in attack of pain to do EKG .
• EKG can rule out ischemia as inferior wal MI  is an imoprtnat cause of epigastric pain .
• if it its normal then you can take omperazole 20 mg onece daily .

diagnosis of chest pain :

• I think you have to visit your doctor for evaluation .
• ECG
• Abdomen ultrasound 
• chest X  ray 
• you may need upper GI endoscopy .
