Cause of your complain:

According to your description, it is mostly gastroenteritis.
To confirm diagnosis you have to visit your doctor for clincial examination and investigations as:

• CBC
• Stool analysis
• Urea
• Creatinine...etc

Treatment of gastroenteritis:

It is mostly due to viral infection, so it resolves spontanously without treatment.
Till visiting your doctor you can use the following treatment:

• Flagyl 500 mg three times daily
• Ibuprofen 600 mg twice daily

And you have to dring good amount of water to avoid dehydration.
