Hi.. Dr. How are you? All the way from kuwait just want to ask about my health im 35 yrs. Old now I can feel from my right lower back is paining and crumping to my legs so.. what you can advice me about it... and every like 15 mins Im farting also i dont know why?

Last check up i have my acute rhinositis and inflamation from my throat and ears.. then after i take all my medicines i can feel my right side lower back is paining
