Regarding your question

managment of breast cancer in male :

• if a man felt breast mass he must visit a doctor .
• the physician will take medical history and clinical examination .
• then he will ask for breat ultrasound .
• ultrasound will evaluation the mammary regoin and axilla carefully .
• if there is breast mass by ultrasound and it is suspicious ,tru cut biopsy will be done 
• the biopsy will be examined by pathologist and the result will confirm if it is benign or malignent .
• if it is malignent ,CT chest abdomen andpelvis will done for staging .
• if it is in stage one or two surigical excision will be done  and chemotherpay and radiottherapy will be given 
• if it is in stage 3 or 4 chemotherapy alone will be given .
