Treatment of absent mensuration :
Based on what you mentioned I advise the following
The commonest cause of absent menses is pregnancy so you may do pregnancy test
if you have thyroid dysfunction you need supplements or modification drugs
if you have ovarian or uterine problem you need to check with your gunecologist
if you take drugs that cuases absent menses you should discuss with your doctor the possibilty of stoping them .
If there are other symptoms like lower abdominal pain , vaginal bleeding or discharge you can seek for medical help and do US
Causes of absent mensuration
There are many causes and the commonest are
Pregnancy
Stress and depression
Uterine and vaginal inflammation
Hormonal imbalances
Thyroid and prolactine hormones imbalances
Hormonal and contraceptive pills
Ovarian cysts and problems
Other causes
