unfortunately , there is no specific medication to treat it ,  you can only take pain killers if you are facing any pain complications . 
what is the treatment of vaginal polyps ?
1. consult a GYN doctor to do the needed medical examnations and determine the treatment pathways 
2. if the polyp is small , it can be treated manually during general procedure and routine pap smear check and get removed 
3. if the polyp is big , doctor may suggest hold a general procedure because bigger pylops have more risks and complications 
4. after removal , you may got some bleeding and discomfort , you can take painkillers such as ibuprofen
