- fusion : its a multivitamin tablet that can be given in general for patient who lack or vitamins or just to increase body performance 
- cetaphil : cetaphil is just a skin Moisturizer

2. best vitamin to skin is vitamin A besides vitamin C and zinc 
3. drink plenty of water and avoid smoking to have a better skin
