I have a skin alergy and am not sure what it is is...

3. doctor may change your topical medication to a nother one which have  higher steroid ratio before changing to oral steroids 
4. avoid stress and have rest 
5. avoid triggering subtance or food to your medical condition
6. avoid over washing and many showers 
7. if no topical or oral medication work , doctor may use steroidal injection
