I don't know maybe I have a heart burn or what, but I felt not comfortable near in my breast bone and esopagus throat. What should I do? It's strated these one yesterday and now it's coming back again. Thanks

Treatment of heart burn:
You can use the following treatment:- Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily for 10 days
Avoid smoking
- Avoid sleeping immediatly after eating
- Avoid caffiene
- Raise your head when sleep
Diagnosis of the cause of heart burn:
You have to visit a gastrologist for clinical examination and investigations as:- Upper endoscope
- H.pylori
- ALT
- AST
- Amylase
- Billirubin...etc
