1. consulted your baby doctor before about those medication to his medical condition
2. using the proper doses for a 5 months baby

2. if you havent consult doctor before and use those medications by your self , then you have to do :

- follow doctor instructions about the medications and doses 
3. never use any medication without doctor instructions and prescription 
4. you may need antibiotics because such a medication may lower your baby immunity system
