what are the symptoms of chronic non reactive hepatitis B

1. you might get no symptoms although you are infected with the viral and you might infect the people in close contact with you
2. in case you have any illness or infection
3. you might active hepatitis B and get fever
4. right upper quadrant pain
5. jaundice
6. weight loss
7. night sweat
8. and liver failure

what is the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

1. conservative measures , as dont share your blood with others, stop smoking or alcohol , and avoid harmful drugs as NSAIDs
2. take the vaccine for HBV
3. antiviral drugs  boceprevir and talepriver

what are the way to diagnosis

1. clinical exam
2. serology test as HBV S antigen and HBS antibody
3. anti HBV E antigent and antibody
4. liver function test
