How to treat it ?

1.avoid using alcohol and drugs that harm liver
2.use pain killer as panadol and avoid NSAID completly
3.Genotype 1a treated by glecaprevir /pibrentasvir for 8 weeks
4.if there is cirhosis in liver use  elbasvir/grazoprevir for 12 weeks
5.if it's genotype 1b treat by ledipasvir/sofosbuvir for 8 weeks
6.if there is cirhosis then use elbasvir/grazoprevir for 12 weeks
7.genotybe 2 treat by   glecaprevir/pibrentasvir  for 8 weeks and sofosbuvir/velpatasvir for 12 weeks for cirhosis
8.genotype 3 treat by glecaprevir/pibrentasvir for 12 weeks
9.genotype 4 treat by   sofosbuvir/velpatasvir for 12 weeks

What investigation to do?

1.liver function test ALT AST
2.bilrubin total and direct 
3.ulrasound for liver 
4.colour doppler for portal hypertension 
5.viral load by PCR
