Good evening. My name is Ariane, so I have this problem of my vagina which release bad discharge it happened when I stop using pills called Diane. I used this pills because my friends recommended it to me for it can make my skin looks nice I take this even if I have period so my period stopped for 3 months when I stop using after 3 days I got menstration but after having period I noticed that my discharge are smells stinky and bad. What causes of it?

You have bacterial vaginosis
treatment of bacterial vaginosis :
- flagyl tablet 500 mg one tablet every 12 hours for 10 days .
- flucan tablet 150 mg once .
- you have to use vaginal douche
diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis :
- it is clinical diagnosis
- vaginal culture ,it is used rarely .
- uine analysis is recommended to rule out UTI .
symptoms of bacterial vaginosis :
- vaginal discharge
- Thin, gray, white or green vaginal discharge
- it has bad smell
- mainly fishy odour .
