I want to known if okra good for type2 diabetes

What is the treatment of diabetes

1. follow a stric diet with low carbs and fat as okra because it have low carbs

2. Play aerobic exercise for weight loss

3. Take sugar-lowering medications such as glucophage

4. Take the oral hypoglycemic agents such as glibil or daonil or amaryl

5. If all the above treatments are not responded, insulin injection or inserting an insulin pump under the skin

What causes diabetes

1. Excessive obesity

2. Immunological diseases that lead to the destruction of pancreatic B cells

3. Congenital disease in children

4. sedantary life style

What are the symptoms of diabetes

1. Severe thirst and drinking plenty of water

2. Frequent urination

3. Headache

4. Extreme hunger

5. General fatigue

1. High sugar level reading on fasting for twelve hours with diabetes symptoms above 124 for one reading

2. High random sugar level two readings  above 200 even without symptoms 

3. Cumulative sugar release above 5.9
