Regarding your question

management of noctornal enuresis :

• first we have to rule out other diseases likee UTI ,DM ,DI and parasitic infestation .
• if there is cause it must be treated 
• if there is no cause i think she need brain programming .
• in brain programming ,your daighter should go to bathroom before sleep ,.
• after one or two hours ,you have to wake her up and go to bathroom again 
• you should do this for one months .
• if there is no response you can take her to urologist .

diagnosis of noctornal enuresis :

• CBC 
• Urine analysis 
• ultrasound for urinary system 
• fasting blood sugur
