What is the treatment of right sided abdominal pain and can it be a sign of pregnancy ?
The treatment of abdominal pain is specific for each possible underlying cause , about pregnancy , yes it can be a sign of pregnancy but an ectopic one to be careful

There are many causes of right sided abdominal pain which its
Hernia (bulge of the abdominal content )
appendix inflamation
Ulcerative colitis ( if associated with diarrhea and extraintestinal symptoms such as joint pain and eye , skin inflamation )
Cohn's disease ( if associated with diarrhea and extraintestinal symptoms and anal fissures and bloody stool )
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS ) ( if associated with changes in the bowel habits with the absence of any other symptoms)
Kidney stones ( if associated with urinary symptoms )
Acute urinary tract infection
Inflammation of the kidney
ectopic pregnancy
hemorrhoids ( if associated with bleeding with defecation and anal pain )
