I dont know what is wrong with my body, for about 3 months i have been having migraine, now am having sleepless night,some times pain at a side of the face and itching lower back and neck few times with a seldom tingling and burning sensation around my chest, armand legs.
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?

2.High caffeine intake
3.Bad sleep enviroment like light or not well ventilated
4.Nasal/sinus allergies.
5.Gastrointestinal problems such as reflux.
6.Endocrine problems such as hyperthyroidism.
7.Arthritis.
8.Low back pain.
