Good morning I have something to ask about the heart attack.. yesterday night I feel my head painy then hard to breathe few minutes my hands cramp hand until elbow I can't move I feel to much cold my feet also cramp my heart to much painy and hard to breathe..

the treatment is according to the specific cause so you need to visit the ER right now to get a medical examination and diagnosis of the cause of your condition :
if you have any heart problems you need to follow up with a cardiologist urgently
to avoid further attacks and to get the propper intervention as soon as possible
there are many causes of chest pain in the heart area and difficulty breathing
chest pain related to cardiac causes such as myocardial infarction or angina
in these cases it's associated with difficulty in breathing, sweeting, shoulder and neck pain
Chest pain related to respiratory causes, such as bronchitis or common cold or lung infection
in these cases, the pain is associated with cough, fever, chest-wheezing
chest pain related to musculoskeletal trauma, in these cause the pain is well localized and for long time and relieved by analgesia
