Am Nahashon age 34 have question.Yesterday I experienced a sore sension and some whitish substance out of my penis and was like what could be the cause please help

- good hygiene
- oral antibiotics as metronidazol , clindamycin and doxycycline , ciprofloxacin
- topical antifungal as miconazol nitrate
- treat the sexual partner
what are the causes of abnormal penis discharge?
- bacterial infection in the prostat or the epidydymis
- yeast infection
- viral infection
- urinary tract infection
what are the associated symptoms ?
- bad smell discharge
- painful urinating
- abnormal lesion occur at the skin of the penis
- abnormal color of the skin covering the penis
- fever
what are the test do diagnose the cause?
- clinical examination
- take a swap culture from the discharged material and send it to bacterial and viral and fungal laboratory to isolate the microorganism causing it
