in case of recurrent infection
as in more than 7 times per year
a surgery is mandatory
but to avoid sever infection and sepsis in the blood
the tonsillitis should be subsided at the time of surgery
there should be no sre throat
or deep voice
or runny nose
or fever
before surgery
regards
