Assalaam Alaikum , I bought a new bp machine so I checked my bp with it , so I got the reading as 97/55 pulse 60

Nothing is it anything I need to see doctor

More than 120 over 80 and less than 140 over 90 (120/80-140/90) usually is the required result the systole shouldnt be alot below 120 and the diastole shouldnt be alot below 80

A normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute
What do we recommend?
Keep monitoring the blood pressure and heart rate regularly and we highly advise you to visit a cardiologist ... because you have hypotension which is low blood pressure along with slight bradycardia which is low heart rate as 60 is the edge of the low heart rate but dont worry as this is defenitely manageable and increase your salt intake
