Regarding your question
What is the treatment of vomiting and diarrhea in Two years old baby ?
apparently the baby is suffering gastroenteritis or a side effect of the antibiotic ,so and after the check up by a pediatrician the baby may take
A 0.2 mg / kg metochlopromide injection is given to stop vomiting
And give an oral rehydration solution to prevent the loss of fluid in children by 10 cm per kilo of weight of the child after each diarrhea
a sample of stool is taken and sent to the laboratory to examine the stool
It is recommended that the baby can eat starchy foods like rice to help the bowel to recover and stability
The cause of diarrhea is treated according to the result of the examination, in the case of parasitic infection is treated with metronidazol 50mg / kd three times a day
If the cause is viral as a result of the examination there is no need for medical treatment
What are the causes of Gastroenteritis in Two years old baby?
