I am 45 years old male , I have hypertension for...

I am 45 years old male , I have hypertension for last 10 years presently I am taking five medications to control my hypertension that's are Tab exforge (valsartan +amlodipine)160/5 mg , Tab Concor ( bisoprolol) 5 mg OD , Tab esidrex (hydrochlorothiazide ) 12.5 mg and one alpha adrenergic blocker but still my systolic pressure always remain around 150 mm of Hg and diastolic is around 80 . I am a heavy smoker for last 24 years . I have also hyperlipidaemia for which I am taking atrovastaton 40 mg OD . I don't have any other chronic medical condition . I an afraid of taking too much anti hypertensive medication . Please I need your advise to control my hypertension with reduced medicine .
