- Take Analgesic such as Ibuprofen .
- Apply Topical medication such as Voltaren Gel three times daily .
- Apply warm compressors for 15 minutes every 2-3 hours to relieve the pain and swelling or redness .
- Take Analgesic such as Ibuprofen : Trufen 400 three times daily .
- You need to go to the nearest medical center in the following situations :
- High fever
- Severe pain
- Limitation of movement
- Swelling
- Redness
- Palpitation or breathing difficulties
