1. first take the pill ( the alone pill side ) 
2. wait 24-48 hours 
3. take 2 pills of ibuprofen ( pain killer ) then take the other 4 pills ( 4 pills in one side ) and place them under your tongue 

Mtp kit side effects ?

1. vaginal bleeding ( heavy ) in fist days of using it 
2. light vaginal bleeding or spotting in the next 2 weeks after using it
3. vomiting and nausea 
4. diarrhea
5. general weakness
6. dizziness
