• At first, increase your daily intake of hot drinks and vitamin C juices like lemon

• If tonsillitis is due to viral infection, you can just take the above mentioned drug and anti histamine one like cetirizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.
• If it is due to bacterial one, you can take antibiotic like Amoxicillin 500 mg three times daily for one week.
